About Us
SiteMaster-Online was developed to address the need of companies and
organizations
to create and maintain separate web pages for each of their branches, complexes,
departments, districts, etc.. Traditionally,
a company is hired to create web pages on a per-site or per hour basis which involves
a significant cost. Companies managing multiple web sites faced an expensive project
to get all their sites developed and published. Changes to any of these sites require
additional time and money. Because of this, a number of developed sites tend to
become stagnant and out-of-date.
Work order management systems have developed from a paper-driven or ticket method
to a variety of automated systems utilizing DOS, UNIX, or Windows. Detailed reporting
could be difficult with output depending on who developed your work order system.
These systems are not typically integrated or online and do not provide the residents
consistent feedback of how their problems are being resolved. Management has trouble
tracking overall performance, cost, and problem areas.
SiteMaster-Online offers Solutions
The dashboard of SiteMaster-Online allows you to choose any of your web sites and
manage your web page content using our robust web editor. Currently there are over
50 themes to customize your site's image. You choose the content of each page
and which pages are displayed on the site. You also control the documents uploaded,
images and pictures displayed, links to area points of interests, newsletters, and
logos.
Built-in security allows users to login to place online workorders that
are stored in a database for your company to manage. You can assign a contractor or
staff to process the work order or return an automated response as to why the work
order is delayed or otherwise not started. Responses to your
work order requests are also maintained in a database which allows you to customize
the reasons and appropriate answers. Customers receive automatic updates to the
progress of their work orders and can update their work orders with additional information
or pictures. When a work order is placed, management is notified via an email with
a link that will open to that work order. Management reports are provided to detail
open work orders, closed work orders, work orders by category and more.
