This diagram shows the process flow for creating a work order. Work orders can be entered by a customer or CSR and assigned to contractors or an in-house maintenance department.

Update Work Order
This diagram shows the steps to update a work order. A Customer Service Rep (CSR) updates the work order with appropriate comments and status codes. Customers and contractors receive e-mail notifications (per preference settings) each time the work order is updated.
